Authorities have now confirmed Steve McNair's death to be a homicide caused by 4 gunshot wounds by a semiautomatic pistol with 2 shots each to the chest and head. Sahel Kazemi, whose body was found next to McNair suffered from one fatal shot to the side of the head. Today more details are surfacing about their relationship and the cause of the incident. Reports are alleging that McNair and her met at a sports bar, in which she was working at as a waitress, and that the two had been dating for the past several months. Police reports show that just two days prior to the deaths of McNair and Kazemi, Kazemi had been pulled over and charged by police for a DUI. McNair, who was a passenger in the vehicle at the time was allowed to leave by taxi and later bailed Kazemi out of jail.
